In STEP 4 you have the choice to add the IPAC emulator. The IPAC allows you to plug your joystick(s) and button switches into your computer. Some type of interface is needed for your joystick controller to work with the computer and the IPAC is the preferred method for making this happen. Your choices for an emulator selection are simply YES or NO.
